Coronavirus, COVID-19 Statement

With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic, we cannot help but think of all of our worldwide customers. First and foremost, we care about everyone’s safety. During this time of uncertainty, we would like to assure our customers that as a company, we are closely monitoring the guidance sent out by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the UK government. We are committed to providing the best service and health and safety to our customers, colleagues and all stakeholders connected to the business.

We have introduced strict measures to protect all those connected to the business. We have minimised and banned non-essential travel. All exhibition attendance, conferences, supplier and customer meetings have been cancelled. In addition to our customary high standards of hygiene, we have implemented a heightened cleaning regime across the business. Posters and hand sanitation stations have been distributed around the business, as well as distributing hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes amongst employees.

To ensure there is no disruption to service, we are in regular contact with our partners and are receiving regular continuity updates to ensure we still provide a high level of service. At present, orders may still be placed and delivery continues as normal. Please be aware that we are working extremely hard to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

As we continue to monitor the situation closely, we will provide updates where appropriate. We are confident that we are doing everything within our power to protect all those connected to the business. We understand that you may have concerns or require further information, therefore if you have an queries please do not hesitate to contact us
